We are seeking a skilled Robotic Weld Technician to join our team at Labor Rocket. As a Robotic Weld Technician, you will be responsible for programming, operating, and maintaining robotic welding systems in our manufacturing facility.

Responsibilities:
- Set up and program robotic welding systems to perform specific welds according to engineering drawings and specifications
- Monitor robotic welding processes to ensure quality and accuracy of welds
- Perform regular maintenance and troubleshooting on robotic welding equipment
- Collaborate with engineers and production staff to identify and implement process improvements
- Train and mentor production operators on robotic welding techniques and best practices
- Maintain records of equipment maintenance, production output, and quality control inspections

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in robotic welding programming and operation
- Knowledge of welding techniques and principles
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Certification in robotic welding systems a plus
